I checked your account--you do have an active Acrobat Pro subscription tied to the email address/Adobe ID that you use here in the forums. Can you please tell us what issues you're running into? Are you unable to launch Acrobat (if so, do you get an error)? Or, do you run into problems when you try to create PDF files?

Please provide a little more information about the problem (and whether you're on Mac OS or Windows), and we'll do our best to figure out what's going on.
