vertical toolbars - navigations pane - task pane in reading mode

Having read the frustration on other related posts, I think I know the answer. Having just upgraded from AA9 to AA XI:

- Is there a way to put tools (i.e. crop, highlight) onto the Navigation Pane? I ask because I am also constricted in vertical screen space, and would like to work on (not just read) a document without the two top toolbars. In AA9 I customized my own personal vertical toolbar to stick to the left of the screen - no longer possible!

I like the vertical task panes  - an intelligent use of screen space. Their existence should make the toolbars at the top redundant. I guess a related question would be:

- Is there a way to have the Task Panes showing, in 'full scrren' / reading mode?

Thanks for any thoughts.

You really should ask this in the Acrobat forum (this is the Acrobat.com forum).
