Using Adobe Reader on my iPad to make sticky notes on selected pdf's, I noticed that when I tried to view those same pdfs online via acrobat.com on my PC, those sticky notes that I created only appeared as icons without the ability to click on them to see what text they contained. Instead, I had to re-download the pdf onto my PC in order to see the contents of the sticky note. I am interested in using acrobat.com to store several gigabytes of books and notes as pdfs with the ability to make highlights and sticky notes to any of them and be able to read the pdfs including and contained sticky note & its content on any device including Mac, PC, Android device and IOS device. It appears that I have to redownload the pdf to whatever device I am reading from in order to view or edit sticky notes. Is this the way it's supposed to be? I was hoping that acrobat.com would behave like google drive where notes can be made in real time and have those notes appear on any other device that is viewing those pdfs. Please let me know if there's something I'm missing.
