It says I have no paid plans but am being charged £15.17 pcm. I do not remember signing up to this and wish to cancel.

Hello. I am having the same problem. I can't cancel my acrobat acropro subs because it doesn't appear on my plans, yet I am being deducted 1738 JPY every month. Could someone please assist? Thanks.
I am also having this problem but it has been charged to my creditcard and I have no idea how long it has been going on and I don't believe I have ever used this tool. Please cancel my payment with immediate effect and return the "stolen" funds to me.
