Como faço para cancelar a renovação e que ao mesmo tempo seja estornado o débito no cartão de crédito?

As per the description above, you want to cancel your current Adobe ExportPDF subscription and want the charges to be reversed in your current Credit Card, Is that correct?

Cancelei o plano mas ele aponta que ficará disponível até Outubro de 2018. Ou seja não me retornará o crédito.
