Website unresponsive for two days

Hey there. I've been trying to open a few pdfs I've been working in for two days now - and the website refuses to load and I get an error message saying the website is unresponsive. 
https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/acrobat.com.html says it's down. I see no discussions here about it though. What's happening?
PS I'm using Chrome on a MacBook, if that's relevant.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Would you mind sharing the screen recording of the issue on your end?

Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Open the website on the new incognito window of the Chrome browser. Check if it works fine there.

I started a screen recording and of course now the website works! Typical 🙂 

It has sometimes worked in incognito mode and sometimes not. I bookmarked the "Documents" tab and accessed the site that way. But again, now it works, so I don't have to do that anymore!

I have the same issue with Site but its resolved now.

The website still becomes unresponsive when I try to open it, unfortunately. I've realised that if I manage to press "Documents" before it freezes- it works, but staying in the "Home" tab will make the site unresponsive.
