My Acrobat Pro DC is not longer recognized by adobe.com. it's an embarrassing situation at the beginning of the weekend. any idea on how to restore normal access to the application.
the application is paid and debited from the bank but as a response from Adobe, I receive in red a new subscription proposal with a comment "your trial has expired"Thank you
Issue is resolved by using an access with my alternate email address
