What product or service are you using?  Acrobat Pro? Reader?

What version? What operating system?

I am on Windows 7, Acrobate reader. Version is 2.0.0.0 and it says it needs to update to 2.3.0.0.  I searched and my Norton Antivirus tell me it comes from 3 years and 2 mos ago.  Does any of this help?

The current version of Acrobat Reader is 11.0.06, which you can get from http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Once you get there, click on the Install Now button.

I'm sorry, but after doing a little more research on this, I found the source of the problem.

Please take a look at this forum posting:  http://forums.adobe.com/message/4229199#4229199

Short answer: that update doesn't exist anymore and the Acrobat.com Desktop Application is no longer supported.  I'd recommend uninstalling that application from your system.
