When converting PDF to Word the top of the text is cut off. How do I fix this?

How do I fix text formatting when converting a PDF to Microsoft word? The top of the text is being cut off

Sorry for the delay in response.

As shared, the top of the text is cut off, so does it happen with all the document that you are converting from pdf to word or only selective one?

For testing, you may check with a different file and see if that makes any difference. Also, go though this help document Parts of pages cut off when exporting to PDF [was: hello everyone]  and follow the suggestions given there.
