When I convert the pdf file to word file for editing, I lose all the content of the document

quando converto il file pdf in file word per poterlo modificare, perdo tutto il contenuto del documento. mi chiedevo perchè non si trasformava semplicemente in un file word?

Could you confirm the workflow that you follow to convert a PDF document to word? Are you doing the conversion through the Adobe Reader DC application or through online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Have you checked a different PDF file? Does this happen with all the files or just one?
