when i go to convert a file I get a " an error occurred while signing in" My name is on the top line -- Help

Hi Shawnr,

As I can understand from the description above , you are getting an error message that there was an issue while signing in while Exporting a PDF file, Is that correct?

Please go through the following link: Error Message : "An error occurred while signing in"  and follow the instructions from Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows
