when I tried to upload pdf to document cloud it said could not complete your request (400), what should I do ?

it keep saying "an error occurred while trying to complete your request and it could not be complete."

but what is the error? how to deal with that?

Hi Siyunn,

The error message that you have received, was it a one time error or every time you upload a document and get the same message?

Are you trying to upload the document through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC or through the web https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent ?

You may refer to the similar discussion where same issue has been discussed and the troubleshooting has been suggested. I continue to get "Could not complete your request 400" when attempting to convert a simple Word doc to a pdf.
