Hi Davidc,

There was an intermittent issue going on with the Adobe Document Cloud website and the services were down. The issue has now been rectified and the services are back now.

You may try combining the pdfs now Adobe Document Cloud  and see if you are still unable to load the pdfs.

Also, try the following-

1- Check with a different web browser

2- If you have any anti virus software installed, then you may turn it off for a while.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

Please let us know if you use the desktop application to combine files or the Acrobat Online account.

Are you combining PDFs into a single PDF or other format files?

Would it be possible to share the screen recording of the workflow?

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers if you use the desktop application. Also, check if you experience similar behavior when trying to combine files on your Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/).
