When I try to convert a pdf it wants me to subscribe to the service, but I already have it

I have the Adobe PDF Pack license and when I try to convert a PDF to Word document it is taking me to the Adobe website asking me to subscribe to these services, I already have a license and I am signed in so what's the issue??!?!?!?!!?!?

Hi Staceyp22738196,

As mentioned above that its Adobe PDF Pack, so make sure that you have installed the correct application which is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Acrobat DC.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

As PDF Pack is an online service, so you may Sign In online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check if you can do the conversion.

You need to use the same email address for Sign In under which you have registered PDF Pack.
