Acrobat.com, I have this working on one computer but when I try to open files to combine, organize on another after successfully logging in the error "Failed to convert file" comes up. These are already pdf files and do not need to be converted, only opened.

Hi athomp2014,

When you're logged in to Acrobat.com, are you selecting those files on the Files list (on the far left) to view them? When you select them there, you should see a preview of the file.

You can also download them from the Files list, so that you can open them in Adobe Reader or Acrobat on desktop or laptop (as opposed to previewing them in your online account).

Does that make sense?

Best,

Sara
