When I try to use Export PDF to convert from PDF to docx only half my document is converted to Word. Why is that and how can I have the whole document converted?

Is it with one pdf file or happening with all the pdf file converted to word? Check with any other file to see whether its a document specific issue or a problem with document cloud service.

Also, there might be a possibility that the pdf document contains an image in itself.

If you are doing the conversion online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  then change the web browser and check with that.

Or install the Adobe Reader DC desktop application and check with it- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
