When trying to access files on PC says "can't seem to find the internet"

Internet connection is fine w/everything else & have no problems connecting from tablet

Are you running into this problem when you're using one of the Acrobat.com online services? If so, please clear the browser cache and try again, or try using a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).

I'm using Adobe Reader XI. When click on acrobat.com the list of my files comes up but when I click on one the error message "can't find the internet. Check connection"  comes up. As I said internet is fine & problem is only on PC & only started a couple of days ago
