When logged in and trying to convert a .pdf to .doc I get sent to a page that wants me to buy a product and I can't convert the page. This has been ongoing for a few months and there is no support from adobe. I'm ready to cancel and file a formal complaint. Can anyone help me?

4- Please ensure that you are working with Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC to access PDF Pack and "Signed In" using correct email.

For any troubleshooting, refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Let us know if its still doesn't work.

Thank you very much! I followed your directions and it worked perfectly. Just curious as to why that was nowhere to be found after hours of perusing the "support" section of Adobe's website?

Thanks again for your help.

Hi Ken,

Glad to hear this worked for you.

Sorry to hear about frustrating experience. The help document is available online, but I assume you haven't got the correct guidance where to find it.

Also, the support for Document Cloud PDF services is only available on Adobe forums which also might took a bit longer to find resolution.

Regards,

Akanchha
