Ok, there is no serial number for PDF Pack, and nothing should ask you for one. I wonder if you are trying to install Adobe Acrobat instead?

If you want to install Adobe Reader you can go to http://get.adobe.com/reader . You will be offered extra free stuff, take care to turn this option off.

If that doesn't work please give us detailed error messages.

As TSN wrote, you don't need a serial number for the Adobe PDF Pack; you sign in with your Adobe ID.

I've checked your account. Your Adobe PDF Pack subscription is still processing. Once order processing is complete (it can take 24-48 hours), you'll be able to log in to http://cloud.acrobat.com/createpdf (or sign in via Reader), and convert your files.
