Where is the serial number for my PDF pack

Hello!

I am trying to uninstall/refund the PDF pack which I purchased online. I cannot, however, find the serial number, which is something I believe I need to complete the de-installation.

On the following page,

Find your serial number​,

I am using option 2. I get to step 5, but I cannot find a "View all downloads" or a "downloads and serial numbers" option. Any advice?

There's no serial number for online-based subscriptions. The subscription is attached to your adobe.com account.
