Why am I denied access to my own files over "service eligibility requirements"?

Haven't logged in for a while, but you have a set of my files. I was forced to put in an age when I logged in using my existing account. I was then "denied access due to service eligibility requirements". Why are you keeping my own files from me?

Our system requires that you provide your birthday to be in compliance with COPPA legislation.  Please see http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1611 for more information.

In all likelihood, you entered a year that put your age under 13.  We're working to get this reset for you, but it may take up to a day.  I would suggest trying to access your files again tomorrow.
