Why are Adobe SEND file links not being received

New Here ,

No one is receiving links to files.  Have verified by sending link to my alternative email without success.  Had CHAT with Adobe support without success.  Next step is to delete account and use DROPBOX

I know that this sounds silly, but the issue is that you have a comma in the name associated with your Adobe ID.  Try removing it and I am 99% certain that this will solve your problem.

Hi,

I'm sorry that you're having issues with Adobe Send. It's not clear from your posting if the issue is with the emails getting through to your recipients, or if the links are missing from the emails. In the meantime, I will send you a test from my Send account.

The recipient is not getting an email with LINK to download file.  I've verified several times by sending test files to my personal gmail without any success.  By the way, your email and test did not come through

Just received ur test file.  I'll try a new test file from my own account and report back.  Did you have to do something as the other four test files I sent this morning to myself have not come through
