Where have you been trying to open the .pdf document? Is it on Document Cloud or Creative Cloud or iCloud storage?
Could you help us with more details on it?
When you said .pdf not loading, so is not opening or its not saving on cloud?
If you are referring to Document Cloud storage then you may try it through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/
