I have found the Acrobat Pro is the worse programme I have ever encountered. It is so complexed and even when you follow the instructions it will not allow you to cancel my subscription. I am fed up and now I can't access anyone by phone because the number doesn't exist. This is my warning if someone does not contact me within 24hrs I will be notifying my bank to cancel my card with you.

I'm sorry that your Acrobat subscription didn't work out. Please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and the choose Membership, Account, Payment. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find a blue "Still Need Help?" button. Please click that to find both phone and chat options.

Look I am getting very annoyed of the run around this atrocious company is giving me. I told you I don't want it and I have told you of my dissatisfaction with the product and the company. This is it. I am contacting my bank. I have had it.

I have tried no one is answering me, the only time I get any response is from the community forum which is not what I want
I will try one more time and this is the last time. I haven't got time to run around trying to get answers. Why don't you make your system easier to follow. Instead of clicking here and there and not getting anywhere.
