I purchased a Adobe send Now account ,and they used to send - send receipts which was important to say tat the items i sent had been sent but now having changed to Adobe send they only offer a opened receipt,when the client has opened them,then they send a delivery notice,
Does anyone one know if you can still get a send receipt???

Currently, Adobe Send only sends notification when files are viewed or downloaded.

Thanks for your quick reply,but that is not helpful as I purchased ADOBE SEND NOW in June 2014 and it is now being transitioned to ADOBE SEND,that is why I purchased that as I need to have a send receipt ,so now you only get a receipt when it is delivered,which is not what I sigend up for.
What can you do as I paid for a service I am not getting, it is very important to my Company that we get SEND RECEIPTS,so we can prove that we have sent the documents.
Please advise a solution.
