Why can't I access ExportPDF after upgrading to Windows XP?

Used  Adobe Export PDF for 11 months( great ) but since a technician has reinstalled Microsoft Xp  I cannot convert a pdf file to word/excel. After stating beginning up load I then get triangular sign with words"an error occurred while trying to access the service" What do I do to recover the ability to convert pdf files??? " Are there specifics settings that I have to alter. I can still access previous converted files. Rhj

Hi Strata Nut,

Are you using ExportPDF from within Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most recent version of Reader installed (currently 11.0.09). Earlier versions of Reader could cause the error you describe.

If you're signing in to ExportPDF from a browser, please clear the cache and try again. If that doesn't work, try a different browser, and make sure that it's one supported by ExportPDF (System requirements | Acrobat.com).

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
