What exactly do you mean by "can't access"? Did you sign in with your Adobe ID?

Using Mozilla Firefox, https://cloud.acrobat.com/send produced a blank screen with four little empty boxes in the middle of it. Each of the boxes becomes blue in turn. And that’s all that happens on that screen!
At your rep’s suggestion, I switched to Internet Explorer and was able to access the “sign in” screen and then was able to send my files. This new SendNow program seems a little “shaky,” though—not as solid and efficient as the previous program, which worked beautifully with FireFox.

That is definitely the correct URL. Are you getting an error message when you try to log in? What browser are you using? Have you tried other browsers?
