Why Can't I convert my document to ppt format? This option never is enable. Please help me.

The option to convert to PowerPoint format (PPT) is included with Adobe PDF Pack (not ExportPDF). If you bought an ExportPDF subscription, and would rather have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription, we can help you swap one for the other.
