Every time I try, it keeps on sending 'an error occurred while trying to access the service'????? I specifically paid for this services yesterday and it only worked once... now it's not working ... And for some reason I can't seem to find a CONTACT US option... very frustrating!!!

Sorry to hear about your experience.
I believe you are accessing your services online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ? Or is it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?
You may refer to the help document An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services and follow the steps suggested accordingly.
