using correct email/login in and password but says an error has occurred
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to login with your current Adobe ID and password to use the services of Adobe PDFPack, Is that correct?
Please try to log in on https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if you are able to log in or not.
If you want to reset the Adobe ID password, then you may refer to Adobe ID account and sign-in troubleshooting
