Help. Today I can't login to PDF Pack. I converted files 3 days ago with no problems. I have monthly pay with auto deduct from my credit card so the bill has been paid!

Hi RfE,
I'm able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com without error. Are you able to log in now? If not, please clear your browser cache, and try again.
Let us know how it goes!
Best,
Sara

Hi RfE,
What happens when you try to access that link? Are you receiving an error (if so, what is it)? What browser are you using? And does the issue persist after you clear the browser cache?
I've checked your account, and there's no issue there.
Best,
Sara

Sara,
The message is “website is not available”. Not sure what you mean about clearing the cache, but I closed out Google and reopened. Google is what I’ve been using as my default browser since last spring and have not had trouble with PDF Pack before today. I just opened your link in Internet Explorer and the message is the same, but IE language “this page can’t be displayed”.

Hi Roxan,
Are you accessing the site from a different computer today (work vs. home)? I wonder whether there are some firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet. Do other websites load for you without error?
Best,
Sara

Hi Roxan,
I understand your frustration. I've just seen similar reports--I'll need to look into this. Stay tuned...

Hi Roxan,
There were so reported system outages. Have you been able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com?

Hi Sara,
I have just subscribed to ExportPDF and did a successful test at the time. Ever since though whenever I try to log on to do another conversion I get "This page can’t be displayed". I get the same from " https://cloud.acrobat.com" and from "https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signIn.html?trackingid=ISNAH". I even get it when I click the link received in the confirmation email (https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/SignIn.html).
This is causing major problems as well as frustration as I need to convert a scanned 42 page bank statement to Excel for analysis. What makes it worse is that the test was successful.
If I put on my cynical hat I could ask why I can access the sites that take my money but not those that provide a service.
Regards,
Ted Eggleton

Good Morning Sara,
Cannot get into using my normal “click to sign in to your account” or via your suggested “cloud”. My account, PDF Pack, is a $9.99 per month plan…
Appreciate your involvement,
Roxan

Hi Sara,
Forget all about this for the last week. I was able to access the PDF Pack just now. I will say, however, that it probably took a minute and a half or two before it finally set up – which as you know is pretty long by computer standards!
Thanks for your past help,
Roxan

So glad to hear that you're up and running. Did anything change on your side? Are other websites loading slowly?
I hope things continue to work for you!
Best,
Sara

The couple sites I just accessed seem to be fine…
