Have you tried the same using a different browser?
Do you get any specific error when downloading? What is it?

I bought the acrobat pro basically paying the 19.99 per month. I got confused with all the advertisement and when they asked for me to try the trial version of the XI, I thought that’s what I had purchased, but they were having me try it for the month and then they would start charging me after my trial was up. When my trial version was over, I couldn’t open any of my files, so I uninstalled the XI, n now when I try to download the pro it acts likes its downloading, but it keeps freezing and it’s very frustrating. I need this for work, I hope you can help me. Thank you so much for responding to my message J!
