Why do I keep getting the page to sign-up and pay for service when I try to convert?

I have paid the yearly fee to convert a pdf to Word.  However, when I try to convert I keep getting the page that asks me to sign up and pay for the service.  Very frustrated.  It worked yesterday, but not today.

As shared above, we can also see that you have subscribed for the yearly subscription of Export PDF to do the conversion.

As you have not been able to do that, so there could be a possibility that you are not "Signed In" in the application using your correct email address.

Make sure that you are using the correct application to use your service, which is Adobe Reader DC not Adobe Acrobat DC.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Secondly, you need to "Sign In" in the appl
