Are you using Adobe Acrobat or Reader software?

What exactly you are trying to do when the software crashes?

I think maybe the download was corrupt...I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's fine....before it would stop when you switched from edit the prepare form....

Do you get any error message when trying to edit or prepare a form?

Does this issue appears with different PDF files or a specific one?
