Hi Saeedr,
I see that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack, and I assume that you are using your services online via web browser?
Adobe PDF Pack https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-pdfpack.html is an online service that you can use via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or
You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
When you say that its not working with the safari, what exactly happens? If you get any error message during conversion please share that with us. Else try the same link with a different web browser than safari and let us know if that helps.

Akanchha

Hi,
I have the Adobe installed on my desktop. When I click, opens up and gives me the option to converge only to word or something like word. When I research that on the web, it said converting to other formats not available on Safari. Try this link for chrome. My question is why?

Hi Saeedr,
The access of Adobe Document Cloud Services are compatible on all the web browsers (including safari). So there shouldn't be any problem trying the conversion either via safari or any other web browser.
There might be a problem with any specific file conversion or the method followed to convert the file?
You may open https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf via safari and try the conversion following the steps suggested in help document here: How to Use Adobe PDF Pack
If you still get the same error, then please check with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions and see if it works with it?

Akanchha
