I purchased the export seervice so I could do my homework assignments, it won't load them up and convert to word .I psid for an entire year up front for this I expect results tell me what is wrong someone please.

I've just checked your account. I see that you just signed up for ExportPDF today. It can take 24-48 hours for a subscription order to process fully. Once it does, you'll be able to sign in and convert your files.
