I purchased the one year PDF export and it never converts my documents. The little circle just continues to go and never finishes. I even left it going over night. Hours later it closes and it says I don't have WiFi but I am wired into my modem directly with 5G.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.
How exactly you are converting the pdf file to word? Is it online via web browser or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?
If using web browser, then you may check the following-
1- Try clearing the cookies and cache of current web browser or check with a different one.
2- Turn the internet security software (antivirus) off for a while and check back.

3- Also ensure that the file size shouldn't exceed because document cloud services has a limit of 100MB.
