After the Application opens in a PDF export mode I click on convert it says no Internet connection. I have an Internet connection for all other matters.
is there a glitch?
Were you trying this conversion through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC or Document Cloud web interface?
You may check with the web interface and see if that helps? Also, refer to the similar discussion here No Internet Connection Error || Adobe ExportPDF and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.
