The option Save on Adobe Document Cloud is Grey and not active ; it was not the case before, and I have already some documents saved in the adobe Cloud before this problem

Thank you for your Help.
I can transfert my files with option « save on... », and I choose option « Document Cloud » .
It’s not a direct procedure, but it’s work’s perfectly !

As per the issue description mentioned above, saving to document cloud is not active, is that correct?
Could you confirm the application you are using- Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?
operaitng system installed on the machines- mac or windows?
Also, let us know dot version of application installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Yes it’s correct.
Saving document on the computer and saving document cloud are note active on the toolbar on the left corner of the screen.
I works on iMac, under OS Capitan, Version 10.11.6.
My product is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, vision 2019.010.20064

Thanks for the info. Could you try rebooting the machine once if you haven't already and check if that helps. If that doesn't work, try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.
Also, check if you are able to access document cloud at this link: Adobe Document Cloud
