I can't get my PDF's to print. I have Adobe Export PDF plan and using with MacBook and Canon PIXMA iX6820 printer. Error message says check printer for errors. But printer works fine for everything else.
Thank you. It’s been solved. Had to re-install the printer software.

Hi Ninac,
We apologize for the delay in response to your query.
Adobe Export PDF subscription and PDF printing are not interrelated to each other. Could you confirm when exactly you are getting the message? And what is the exact workflow that you follow?
In a mean while you can check the following troubleshooting steps-
1- Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
2- Check the application update- Open Reader>Help>Check for update.
