will not combine files

I cannot combine pdf files anymore. It times out and says Not Responding?

Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. You may try using an alternate browser and see if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, please share the screenshot or the screen recording of the workflow. Also, please check if the problem occurs with particular files or any file you use.
