Will not convert pdf

I'm trying to export and convert a pdf. The app gives me a list of documents for about 1/2 second and then flips me to my account page.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

I believe you are referring to the Adobe Reader DC application, which is flipping to the subscription page? As we have checked your account and found that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF service, so it should easily let you to do the conversion.

You may try the following-

• As its a desktop application then you may Sign Out & Sign In once.
• Open the app and see if there is any pending update to install. Open Adobe Reader>Help>Check for Update.
• For testing, you may try the conversion on web-Adobe Document Cloud and see if that helps.
