As per the issue description mentioned above, you can't export pdf to word, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Adobe Export PDF. You can access Export PDF services online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC which you can download from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Could you let us know the issue you are facing when trying to export pdf? Is there any error message?
