Window with upgrade message appears constantly

Da quando ho sottoscritto l'abbonamento a Adobe Acrobat Export, mi si apre in continuazione una finestra che mi propone upgrade. Come posso eliminare questo problema?

I have checked the screenshot shared above. It does not look like the Adobe-related notification. The product mentioned in that message is not an Adobe product. 

Please check if you have installed any related product on your machine for which it shows an upgrade message.
