Won't Convert to Doc; Says I Have No Interent, but I Do

I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word document, which I've done several times before.  It keeps saying I have no internet connection when I do and can visit whatever site I like on the web.  Please advise.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting No Internet connection error while converting a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?
