As per the description above, you are getting a PDF file into an Excel, the text is unreadable, Is that correct?

Please try to convert any other PDF file into excel and see if you are facing the similar issue. You can convert the PDF file into Excel online through https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

If the issue persists, then please share the following details:

• Is it happening with one PDF file or with all the PDF file?
• Are you using Adobe Reader or online service to convert the file?
• If it is happening with one PDF, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end?  To share the PDF file, please refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Ainda não tive retorno para solução do meu problema. Fiz a aquisição do Adobe Export PDF e não estou conseguindo utilizar para converter meus arquivos PDF. O produto não funcionou da forma correta, pois o arquivo convertido é ilegível. Quando terei um retorno de solução para meu problema?

Não estou conseguindo converter todo o arquivo. O problema está acontecendo com vários arquivos. Quando faço a conversão é gerado um arquivo xlsx com símbolos diferentes do arquivo PDF.

I have tested the PDF file at my end which you shared, and it seems to be a PDF file and font used in the PDF issue, as the PDF file is a Flat PDF file and is created by a third party PDF Producer.

The font used is a third party which is not getting recognized by the system and excel after exporting as the information of font used in the PDF is not available. You might have to contact the PDF creator/owner to get the font details on your system and get it installed.

For testing purpose, you may export any other PDF file into Excel and check. As the issue you are facing is specific to the PDF file.
