Hi, I had a problem with the purchase of the Adobe package to convert pdf-word.

The problem is that I entered a wrong email during the purchase (for a misprint) and now I cannot recover the activation email because the address I entered does not exist. I tried to change the activation email but the site asked me for a new payment.

How can I do? The assistance seems to be closed at this time.

Thank you all

Your e-mail (the wrong one) is also your Adobe id. Sign in (with the wrong one), you have there an option to change the mail.

If that does not work: Contact Customer Care .
