Accessing documents saved on DC from two computers

I use two computers, one at work, and one at home.  I cannot access the documents saved to the cloud on the computer at work, on the computer at home.  How do I do this?  When I go to the Document Cloud, the document is not there.

Make sure you are signed in to the document cloud with the same AdobeID on each computer.
