We are using Adobe Document Cloud for sending PDFs for commenting and viewing and as of this week are no longer receiving Adobe Document Cloud email notifications when people comment or mark up a PDF. The email notifications have been working previously. The email address has been added to our email settings and is not being blocked. We do get the notifications in the bell symbol while signed into our Adobe Document Cloud accounts, although this is all. Is there currently an issue with Adobe email notifications? Can any provide some support or troubleshot so we can resolve this issue. Thank you.
