Sorry to hear about the trouble you have experienced.
There was an intermittent issue going on with the website which was causing trouble converting the pdfs. The issue now seems to be rectified and the services are up and running fine.
You may check it back and see if you are able to export the pdf or not? Try the steps suggested below and see if that helps-
1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Sign Out & Sign In once if you have already signed in.
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
